It would be difficult to find a better view than this condo. Sandcastle was rebuilt from the pillars and floors after Hurricane Harvey. It re-opened in May 2022. The renovation included new flooring, plumbing, walls, appliances, fixtures and furnishings and more. Unit 104 is located on the North side of the building away from the noise of the pool. Relax on your balcony while taking in gulf views and watch the ships coming in and out of the jetties. The spacious patio is oriented so you are able to see the sunrise year around. It also has both sunrise and sunset views in the summer. Sandcastle has a new Gym and also features tennis and pickleball courts, resort style pool, spa and a fish cleaning station. Unit 104 is one level up and close to the stairs and elevator for quick access to parking, the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Sandcastle also has an area to park a trailer for those that bring a boat. This is a perfect place for you to "Get On Island Time"!
